InkHaven is a Shopify theme made by an independent bookstore for other independent bookstores. Make it your own with customizable colors, fonts, and layouts that reflect your bookstore’s brand.
Built around the way bookstores sell books, InkHaven lets you:
-
Include Libro.fm and Bookshop.org links alongside available formats in your product listings.
-
Merchandise by author and series using the book metadata already in your Shopify store.
-
Connect your book metadata to structured data so search engines can better understand details such as author, condition, and format.
-
Bring your booksellers’ expertise online with shelf talkers, series carousels, and sections and blocks designed specifically for independent bookstores.
Your Bookstore, Your Data
InkHaven is designed to work with book data from sources such as BookVerse, ISBN Express, Basil,* or your own custom setup. After installation, open the theme settings and map InkHaven’s book fields to the metafields your store uses.
Your Purchase and Future Updates
Your purchase includes a license to install and use InkHaven 2.0, along with all minor updates released within version 2—representing roughly one year of development. You’ll also receive a steep discount on all future major versions.
Your license to use the version you purchase never expires. Buy once and keep using it for as long as you like. Upgrading to a future major version is entirely optional.
Getting Started
Download your theme package after checkout, upload it to your Shopify theme library, and configure it as an unpublished theme. Preview your pages, check your book information, and test the shopping experience before publishing.
An existing Shopify store is required. This is a digital theme download; no physical item will be shipped. Shopify subscriptions, paid apps, and custom development are not included.
Basil’s Shopify integration is currently in development. InkHaven is being designed to work with its book data when the integration becomes available.
