When Sandy moves to the Washington Coast looking for a fresh start, she gets more than she bargained for. She didn't know the cheap apartment and tarot shop she'd rented came with wine-drinking, pun-loving seers and her own psychic powers.
Enter Vincent, the handsome developer who owns most of the town. When he announces he's selling to stave off financial ruin, Sandy devises a plan to save her new home. With a little old-fashioned detective work and the help of her psychic friends, she hopes to prevent the destruction of their quirky town and solve the mystery of who's out to destroy Vincent.
What Sandy didn't see coming was falling for the man who could destroy Oracle Bay and make her house of cards come tumbling down. She must learn to trust her new powers if she wants to protect her home and her budding relationship. But if she misreads the cards, she'll lose the new life and love she's building...
