Discovery of Talents

Sixteen-year-old Marcus Talent is used to facing challenges-he's been physically disabled since he was nine years old. The most exciting thing that's happened in his life is meeting the pretty new neighbor, Sadie.

When he wakes up in another world in the middle of the night and is nearly killed before waking up back in his own bed, his father tells him the power to travel in his sleep to Lysomnus is a Talent family trait. Eager to learn more the next morning, Marcus is devastated when he wakes up and discovers his father is missing.

Desperate, Marcus enlists the help of Sadie and his best friend Leopold to help him find his way back to Lysomnus and accidentally takes them with him. Together, they traverse the landscape of this beautiful new world and make new friends while searching for Marcus's father. Marcus finds himself feeling things he never has before-power, betrayal, and a whole lot of attraction for the beautiful girl next door.
